Mr. Matsen began practicing law in 1968 after earning his law degree from University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law and his admission to the State Bar of California. Over the past more than 48 years, Mr. Matsen has not only distinguished himself as an attorney but also as a professor of law and as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps Judge Advocate General's Corps.
Attorney Matsen has a record of success dating back decades, which has led to him receiving numerous honors and awards. Best Lawyers* lists him among the nation's top attorneys, and The American Registry includes him on its list of the most-recognized professionals in the country.
