Alex Bruno

The founder of Bruno Group Inc. in Glendale, California, Alex Bruno has been licensed to practice in California since 2000. He concentrates his practice on business, corporate, contract law, estate planning and mergers and acquisitions. 

Mr. Bruno’s clients include partnerships, business owners, corporations and limited liability companies. He helps them with the creation and negotiation of contracts and advises on employment law matters, liability protection, and the purchasing and selling of a business. Additionally, he helps them in business formation, fundraising, investing, financing and so on. 

Mr. Bruno has a reputation for his professionalism and dedication with which he handles each case. He communicates well and keeps his clients informed from the beginning of the case to the end. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Bruno was the recipient of the Distinguished Student Life Achievement Award. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law. While in law school, he was the president of the Student Bar Association. 

Actively involved in the legal arena, Mr. Bruno is a member of The State Bar of California’s Corporation Section and the Pasadena Bar Association. He is a Board of Directors member for the Glendale Chamber of Commerce. He has had memberships in The State Bar of California’s Trusts and Estates Section and the Mexican American Bar Association. 

Mr. Bruno served as a board member of the Atwater Village Chamber of Commerce and was the founding member of the UCLA School of Law Epstein Program in Public Interest Law and Policy. He is enthusiastic about helping others, especially those who cannot afford it and is an active board member of the Family Promise of the Verdugos, a nonprofit association that helps homeless families find permanent housing.
