In the area of U.S. Immigration Law, Mr. Ezzati has handled a multitude of petitions and applications for benfits involving athletes, artists, entertainers, victims of crime or human trafficking, EB-5 immigrant investor based Green Card (based on Regional Center investment and "stand alone"), alien's with extraordinary ability, intra-company transfers, NAFTA and U.S. citizenship through naturalization.  In mandamus actions, he has successfully filed lawsuits with federal courts to compel the government to take administrative action on pending cases.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Ezzati enjoys staying involved in professional and community organizations.
