He has appeared on television on the Letter of the Law program, in the press in The News-Enterprise and the Grunion Gazette, and regularly makes presentations to organizations such as the California Society of Certified Public Accountants or the California State Bar.

    Admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the State Appeals Court, and all superior courts in the state of California, Mr. Haberbush has also taught business law as an adjunct professor at Whittier College. As a fiduciary, he has extensive experience in cases involving individuals, corporations and organizations.

    Mr. Haberbush has served as treasurer, vice president, president-elect, president and member of the board of governors of the Long Beach Bar Association.
