Attorney Profile

Located in Los Angeles with another office in Palm Springs, Ally Bolour focuses his practice exclusively on immigration law. With clients throughout Southern California, he provides assistance to people and businesses in a variety of related matters. Mr. Bolour helps obtain appropriate visas for spouses, fiancees, families and students. He also has experience with E-2 and EB-5 investor visas as business visitor and employment visas, and, due to his location near the hub of the entertainment industry, he obtains P visas for artists, entertainers, and members of entertainment groups and their families.

Other areas of immigration law in which Mr. Bolour has experience in include helping refugees who have been the victims of persecution in their home countries enter the United States through seeking asylum. In this regard, he has a particular interest in members of the LGBTQ community who have been persecuted because of that status. Mr. Bolour has also worked on DACA and DAPA matters, and he provides representation in removal proceedings to people who are facing deportation. He also provides assistance to people who are attempting to obtain green cards.

Mr. Bolour majored in business administration at California State University, Fresno, and he obtained a Bachelor of Science in 1990. Some years later, he received a Master of Business Administration from that university's Craig School of Business. Mr. Bolour then pursued his legal education at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1996. While in law school, he studied abroad at the Paris Summer Institute, held at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. A member of The State Bar of California and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Mr. Bolour has delivered dozens of presentations on immigration law topics to groups of fellow professionals.
