Attorney Brian Grossman is a partner and co-founder of the law firm of Tesser | Grossman LLP, in Los Angeles, California. A native of Newark, New Jersey, Mr. Grossman is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and earned his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law. He has been licensed to practice law in California since 1993. Before co-founding Tesser & Grossman he served as an associate at two prominent Los Angeles area law firms.
Mr. Grossman has been involved in several high-profile cases over the course of his career and has represented prominent individuals and corporations. He has successfully litigated and settled numerous claims, many of which have helped his clients to recover awards or settlements of $1 million or more. In one case, he helped his clients to recover more than $11 million.
Recognized by both courts and other legal organizations for his accomplishments and high- quality work within his profession, Mr. Grossman has attained the rating of AV Preeminent*, the highest possible rating, from the peer review service Martindale-Hubbell. He has also served as a temporary judge in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles.
Mr. Grossman enjoys staying involved in professional organizations, including the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the State Bar of California. Outside of his law practice Mr. Grossman engages in hobbies, including softball, tennis and piano.
