Charles S. Lee

Charles S. Lee is an immigration attorney in Los Angeles, California. The founder of C. S. Lee, Attorney at Law, Mr. Lee handles both business and family immigration, serving clients in the Los Angeles metropolitan area and on a nationwide basis. He provides knowledgeable, efficient and accurate legal guidance, and is committed to helping his clients achieve their dreams of becoming American citizens.

Mr. Lee has several years of experience and is a passionate advocate for all of his immigration clients. He is the son of Korean immigrants, and chose to attend law school and practice immigration law to help families like his achieve their immigration goals. The office is fluent in English, Korean and Spanish, which allows him to communicate with and serve a wide range of clients.

In addition to running his law firm, Mr. Lee enjoys staying active in his legal community through participation in professional organizations and educating others. He is a member of the Immigration Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and belongs to The State Bar of California. He is a former speaker on immigration topics at conferences and on Immigration Talk.

Mr. Lee earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at San Diego. Following completion of his undergraduate degree, he attended and graduated from Whittier Law School. He took and passed the California bar exam and obtained his license to practice law in 2013, which qualified him to appear before all California state courts. He is also licensed to appear before the Supreme Court of California.
