Mr. Springer's work for the latter client has encompassed the acquisition of parcels for several light rail and subway projects. He has also represented individual clients, including the owner of an industrial property in a condemnation case involving the California Department of Transportation. After Caltrans made an insufficient offer, the case proceeded to trial and resulted in a jury award of more than $4 million for Mr. Springer's client.

Mr. Springer's experience has also encompassed inverse condemnation actions, oil and gas, zoning disputes, California Environmental Quality Act compliance, and contract breaches and other types of general business litigation.
