He has more than 23 years of experience assisting foreign nationals from all corners of the globe in realizing their dreams of living and working legally in the United States.

Through his law firm, Mr. Huang handles all types of immigration-related matters, including employment- and investment-based immigration, work visas and other similar matters. He also handles family-based immigration, including international adoptions and humanitarian paroles, as well as naturalization, waivers and all other immigration challenges.

Recognized as a leader in his field, Mr. Huang has appeared on several local and regional television and print news outlets, where he offers in-depth commentary on immigration law and reform issues. He has also conducted many lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics related to immigration law.

A 1992 graduate of the University of California, Irvine, with a degree in economics, Mr. Huang obtained his Juris Doctor in 1996 from Loyola Law School Los Angeles. Along with practicing before all California state courts, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Central and Eastern Districts of California, the District of Colorado, and the Northern District of Illinois. He also practices before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit as well as the California Supreme Court.

Mr. Huang is member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and he has served as secretary for the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Immigration Section. Furthermore, he serves as liaison for the USCIS California Service Center and as liaison for the LAX and San Ysidro Field Offices of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency.
