Prior to starting her own firm, Ms. Mizrahi was an associate at Allred, Maroko & Goldberg, where she litigated numerous matters from intake to conclusion. Previously, Ms. Mizrahi clerked for the Honorable Richard A. Paez of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, where she worked on a number of appeals involving sex, race, national origin, age, and disability discrimination claims. Before that, she practiced at Davis, Cowell & Bowe, an employment and labor law firm in San Francisco, where she was involved in litigating both individual discrimination cases and civil rights class actions.

While in law school, Ms. Mizrahi worked at the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice. She was an editor of the Yale Law Journal and the Yale Journal of Law & Feminism. Ms. Mizrahi also served as a research assistant for Professor Vicki Schultz, a renowned scholar of sexual harassment and employment discrimination law.

Ms. Mizrahi is licensed to practice law in California and New York. She was elected Chair of the California Lawyers Association Labor & Employment Law Section and is the Executive Editor of the Labor & Employment Law Review. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section. She is also active in the California Employment Lawyers Association. She has spoken on a number of panels relating to employment issues, including on panels for the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the California Employment Lawyers Assocation.
