Ms. Mizrahi graduated from Yale Law School. She received a Master of Science degree in Gender & Social Policy with Merits from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree with Highest Honors in Business Administration from UC-Berkeley. She clerked for the Honorable Richard A. Paez of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, where she worked on a number of appeals involving sex, race, national origin, age, and disability discrimination. 

Ms. Mizrahi is Chair of the California Lawyers Association Labor & Employment Law Section. She is also Chair of the Pasadena Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section, where she leads the Breakfast Committee. She is also the Executive Editor of the Labor & Employment Law Review, and is active in the California Employment Lawyers Association. She has spoken on over 35 panels relating to employment issues, including on panels for the State Bar of California, the Califorini Lawyers Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the California Employment Lawyers Assocation. Her work has been published in the Yale Law Journal (twice), in the California Labor & Employment Law Review (three times), and in Advocate magazine (twice).
