Mr. Hamilton was admitted to practice in California later that year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 1st and 9th Circuits.

Mr. Hamilton prepares and reviews a variety of documents for his estate planning clients, including wills, advance medical directives, financial and health care powers of attorney, and living and irrevocable trusts. He also assists company owners in the implementation of business succession plans in the event of their retirement, incapacity or death, helping to ensure that the continuity of the enterprise is not affected by the occurrence of any of those events. Mr. Hamilton has also guided heirs, beneficiaries and fiduciaries through the process of administering estates.
