Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Vadim moved to Los Angeles with his family when he was just 11 years old. Growing up in Hollywood, Vadim was fortunate enough to meet and be friends with people of all types of backgrounds. His own status as an immigrant helped to forge Vadim’s passion for helping the underprivileged people in his community.

Vadim’s passion for the law stems from the stories told by his grandfather, who served as a judge in post-World War II Ukraine. Vadim earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and his J.D. from Southwestern Law School. After passing the Bar, Vadim has dedicated his entire career to representing plaintiffs in employment-related matters, including unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour claims.
