    • Suspect, a police officer, was accused of interfering with an electronic device per Penal Code section 591.5. Suspect was investigated and the prosecutor declined to file charges. Suspect was able to return to work in full capacity a few months later, 2016
    • People v. Kumar: Defendant, age 19, came to the U.S. from India to play college level tennis. He was accused of rape by a woman he met. If convicted, he was looking at a felony strike and 8 years in State Prison. Following a trial by jury, defendant was acquitted of all charges and allegations, 2016
    • People v. Allen: Father accused on Felony Child Abuse. Daughter reported to authorities that defendant threw an iPad at her face, causing facial lacerations and a broken tooth. Defendant was facing a felony and a strike if convicted. He was also looking at 9 years in State Prison. Following a trial by jury, defendant was acquitted of all charges and allegations, 2017
