Additionally, he has extensive experience with handling civil litigation matters for a variety of legal disputes, including financial elder abuse, financial fraud, breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty and professional malpractice.

    From his efforts, Mr. Ozawa has achieved a long record of securing successful results for his clients both inside and outside the courtroom, and he has recovered substantial settlements and verdicts for those he has served.     A 2005 graduate of the University of California San Diego, Mr. Ozawa attended the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was a member of the USF Law Review and active participant in the National Moot Court Competition. He was placed as a finalist and won Second Best Brief at the National Moot Court Competition in 2010, and he won Third Best Brief in the Roger J. Traynor California Appellate Moot Court Competition as well as Best Brief in the University of San Francisco Appellate Advocacy competition.

    Mr. Ozawa also received the CALI Award for Excellence in Partnership Taxation, and he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2010. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. Tax Court, and he is an active member of the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles County Bar Associations, among his other professional affiliations.
