    A 2008 graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Ms. Rabiah obtained her Juris Doctor in 2012 from the University of California at Berkeley's Boalt School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the Berkeley Journal of African American Law and Policy. She is admitted to practice before all California state courts as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
