Schrieffer represents a diverse range of domestic and international clients in a variety of practice areas, and he serves as national counsel for underwriters at Lloyd's of London and other UK-based companies.  He represent fortune 500 companies and others in litigation and advice throughout the USA.

Over the course of his more than 25 years practicing law, Mr. Schrieffer has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts across the country, achieving notable success advocating on behalf of the rights and interests of his clients and dealing with complex, high-stakes litigation involving all of the following and more:

A 1987 graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Mr. Schrieffer obtained his Juris Doctor in 1990 from Southwestern Law School. He received his license to practice that same year from The State Bar of California, and he is also admitted to practice before all U.S. District Courts in California, the Supreme Court of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, as well as before the Federal Circuit for Copyright and Trademark Disputes.

Highly active in his legal community, Mr. Schrieffer is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and he currently sits on the professional liability and insurance bad faith committees for the Council on Litigation Management. He is also involved with several other local, state and national bar associations, and he lectures extensively across the country and around the world on a variety of legal topics.  He also has experience with media in California and other states and in London, England.
