Jared W. Beilke is a managing partner at the Orange County office of the legal firm JML Law, which has two other offices in Los Angeles and Oakland, California. He serves clients across Southern California, helping them with legal matters involving:

Prior to law school, he completed his bachelor’s in political science from the University of California at Los Angeles.

- Jury Verdict - Employment law. This was a case about failure to pay earned wages, whistleblower/retaliation for complaining about failing to pay earned wages and wrongful termination. The jury awarded $320,056.03 for special and general damages. The jury also awarded an additional $30,000.00 for punitive damages., 2024

Plaintiff stepped off parking lot island into the slope of a storm drain that was 13 inches in height and almost quadruple what the county standards allow. The jury came back after a week long trial making a total award of $838, 648.55 which was reduced by 25% to $628,986.41 for contributory negligence, 2017
- Arbitration Award - Disability Discrimination/failure to accommodate/wrongful termination case against Bloomingdales. Our client received an award of $179,000.00 in lost earnings, emotional distress and interest. The court also awarded $482,000 in attorneys fees and costs., 2021
