Born and raised in England, Mr. Khinda earned his LL.B. in business law, ranking among the top 5% of students at the Guildhall University School of Law at London Metropolitan University. He furthered his studies with an LL.M. in commercial and corporate law at the University College London. His career commenced with a dynamic real estate investment firm in London, followed by successful ventures in Malaysia, India, Dubai and Saudi Arabia, where he played a key role in managing real estate deals valued over $400 million and navigating multijurisdictional corporate structuring. He then returned to England to lend his vast experience to his family business, continuing to offer strategic advice on expanding and managing their real estate portfolio.
A respected figure in the legal community, Mr. Khinda serves on the pro bono committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, is a director of the Rotary Club of Los Angeles and an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is a skilled communicator and fluent in Spanish, Punjabi, Russian and French.
