David E. Frank

Mr. Frank and his firm, Frank Law Group, P.C. in Auburn, California handle a variety of legal matters throughout California and occasionally as pro hac vice in other states and overseas. We are often called upon to act as local co-counsel for national and international firms in courts in the foothill and Lake Tahoe region. Our results-oriented attorneys pursue the resolution of disputes through highly skilled and creative lawyering. Since beginning his legal career over 34 years ago, Mr. Frank has resolved numerous cases on behalf of California residents through litigation, arbitration and other means. Earlier in his career, he served as general counsel to an oil company and continues to serve as general counsel for a Sacramento based real estate firm. He prides himself on providing accurate and knowledgeable legal advice, helping clients reach informed decisions.

Skilled at trial work, Mr. Frank is also highly experienced with alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation. He is a former arbitrator and settlement conference judge for El Dorado, Nevada and Placer counties in California and serves as a mediator in private matters. He has lectured for the University of California, Davis, School of Law and the California Trustees Association.

Along with running his law practice, Mr. Frank stays active in legal and professional organizations. He was president of the Placer County Bar Association and participates in the Sacramento County Bar Association, the Nevada County Bar Association, The State Bar of California and the Christian Legal Society.

After earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, Mr. Frank received his law degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. He is qualified to appear before all California state courts.
