Daniel Rodriguez is an attorney in Bakersfield, California. He focuses on personal injury law, representing individuals throughout California who have been hurt in motor vehicle crashes or workplace accidents as well as those who have been injured by defective products, in slip-and-fall incidents, in oil field accidents or in any other way due to the negligent or wrongful acts or omissions of others. Additionally, Mr. Rodriguez handles wrongful death claims on behalf of the families of individuals who have died as the result of such incidents.

In addition to his personal injury practice, Mr. Rodriguez also handles a wide variety of other matters, including those involving professional malpractice, elder law, insurance law and discrimination. He also provides criminal defense services to individuals accused of offenses ranging from traffic violations to sex offenses and white collar crimes.

After graduating with a B.S. in electrical engineering from California Polytechnic State University in 1977, Mr. Rodriguez earned his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law in 1980. Prior to starting his own firm in 1994, he was a partner at two other Bakersfield law firms. Mr. Rodriguez is admitted to practice before all California state courts.

Mr. Rodriguez is on the faculty of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College where he teaches trial skills. He is also frequently asked to lecture and teach trial skills for organizations such as the Consumer Attorneys of California,  American Association of Justice and numerous other bar associations. In addition, he is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Association for Justice, the Kern County Bar Association and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America.
