From his early days, the influence of his father, an organizer and president of the Hotel and Restaurant Workers’ Union in New York City, instilled in him the importance of a meaningful quality of life. One of Mr. Siegel’s earliest cases, Liu vs. Republic of China, a wrongful death lawsuit, reached the U.S. Supreme Court. He also represented several families in a high-profile case involving sexual assault at the Presidio Army Base Day Care Center. These experiences not only honed his legal skills but also allowed him to collaborate with some of Northern California's most renowned lawyers.

Mr. Siegel’s exemplary work has earned him numerous accolades, including membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Holding a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, San Diego (1982), Mr. Siegel completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and the State University of New York at Albany.
