Angela M. Belty

Angela Monique Belty is the Founder and Principal Attorney of AMB Law, PC. She brings over a decade of litigation experience dedicated exclusively to representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death matters-  spanning from truck accidents, wrongful death, ride-sharing accidents and brain injuries to catastrophic injuries, and slip-and-fall incidents. Licensed to practice law in California since 2013, Angela is deeply committed to achieving justice for individuals and families harmed by the negligence of others.

Angela approaches each case with care and intention, taking time to understand her clients, their losses, and the real-world impact of their injuries. This client-centered approach allows her to effectively tell their stories and advocate powerfully on their behalf. Through her practice, Angela has successfully obtained six- and seven-figure settlements and verdicts for her clients.

In recognition of her legal skill and dedication, Angela was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2019-2023, an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in Southern California. She is an active member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

As a native Angeleno, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Angela is deeply committed to giving back to the community and has been actively involved in numerous charitable initiatives through the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities, including the Comfort & Joy holiday event, the Great Tryke Giveaway, and leading wildfire relief efforts for families impacted by the devastating Eaton and Palisades fires.

Angela serves on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities, where she will serve as President in 2030. Angela is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Mexican American Bar Association, and the Latina Lawyers Bar Association.

Angela completed her undergraduate studies at University of California San Diego, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with provost honors. She pursued her interest in legal studies and earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Loyola Marymount University – Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California.
