Angela M. Belty

A litigation associate at the Omega Law Group, attorney Angela M. Belty provides legal services to residents throughout the state of California, including Los Angeles City. She handles a range of personal injury cases spanning from truck accidents, wrongful death, ride-sharing accidents and brain injuries to catastrophic injuries, DUI/DWI offenses, and slip-and-fall incidents. Owing to her extensive experience and shrewd legal acumen, she has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for her clients. 

With over a decade of experience in litigation, Ms. Belty is committed to upholding justice for those who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Prioritizing transparency and honesty, she ensures to maintain a genuine rapport with her clients. Acknowledging that most legal procedures are overwhelming and draining, she strives to truly comprehend each of her clients’ legal issues and then proceeds with concocting a personalized strategy that aligns with their best interests. 

Ms. Belty completed her undergraduate studies at University of California San Diego, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with provost honors. She pursued her interest in legal studies and earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Loyola Marymount University – Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. While at law school, she studied abroad at the University for Peace in Costa Rica, and got to participate in the William C. Hobbs Trial Advocacy Program. 

Prior to her role at the Omega Law Group, Ms. Belty performed a stint at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office as a certified law clerk. She was able to further develop her legal skills and gain practical exposure as an extern for the Honorable Fred J. Fujioka (Juvenile Dependency Court at the Los Angeles County Superior Court) through the American Bar Association Judicial Internship Opportunity Program.  

An active member of the California legal community, Ms. Belty maintains memberships with the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Mexican American Bar Association and The State Bar of California. She is admitted to practice law before all the state courts in California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She also does volunteer work with the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers' Charities.
