Daniel J. Rafii

The founder and managing partner of Rafii & Associates, P.C., in Beverly Hills, California, attorney Daniel J. Rafii focuses his practice on personal injury and employment law. He was admitted to practice in California in 2006 and also litigates cases before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. He worked at the San Diego Superior Court and a well-known Los Angeles law firm before founding his own firm.

Known for staying transparent and available to his clients at all times, Mr. Rafii explores every possible route to procure the compensation his clients are entitled to. He has been successful in procuring millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, obtaining a position in the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Some of his results include a $10.5 million settlement for wrongful death and a compensation of $4.5 million in a semi truck accident.
