David Esfeh

David M. Esfeh, Esq. (also known as Davood Modarres Esfeh) has built a distinguished legal career rooted in steadfast advocacy for underserved and injured clients. Over the course of his practice, he has played a critical role in securing more than $50 million in compensation for individuals facing significant adversity. He has directly or indirectly contributed to successful settlements in over 3,000 personal injury cases, consistently achieving results that exceed client expectations. Since 2023 alone, David’s litigation efforts have resulted in over $25 million in settlements—ranging from numerous seven-figure outcomes (between $1 million and $5 million) to dozens of mid-six-figure resolutions.

Before 2024, David served as Director of Legal Services and a leading litigation attorney at the largest personal injury law firm in the United States. In 2023, he was responsible for generating over a quarter of all litigation fees for the firm’s Los Angeles office, reflecting his unmatched drive and legal acumen.

Currently, David continues to practice as a litigation attorney in personal injury law, while also collaborating with attorneys on a wide array of complex civil matters, including Estate and Trust Litigation, Products Liability, Sexual Assault, Construction Defect, Insurance Bad Faith, and environmental claims involving Mold and Asbestos. His practice is recognized as one of California’s premier injury law firms.

David is widely regarded for his integrity, candid communication, and dedication to just outcomes. A strong courtroom advocate, he also values diplomacy and professionalism, striving for constructive and respectful interactions with opposing counsel whenever mutual cooperation is possible.

David earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University, where he was awarded the Dean’s Academic Scholarship, covering half tuition for all three years. He furthered his legal studies at Oxford University, focusing on comparative human rights law through its international law program. He holds a Magna Cum Laude degree in Political Science from UCLA, and an M.F.A. in Film Production from the world-renowned USC School of Cinematic Arts.

He is an active member of the American Bar Association, CAALA (Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles), Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Outside of his legal career, David is deeply passionate about creativity and community service. He enjoys volunteering, painting, practicing Tae Kwon Do and Tamarkoz® meditation, and spending quality time with his family.
