James D. Pacitti

The founder and managing partner of the Pacitti Law Firm in Beverly Hills, California, James D. Pacitti serves clients across Southern California, helping them in matters related to entertainment law, talent representation, business law and general civil litigation.

Licensed for more than 20 years, Mr. Pacitti has represented numerous clients before state and federal courts. His firm handles both the legal and business aspects of film and TV production, development and distribution. Serving a wide array of entertainment professionals, his client list includes award- winning producers, directors, writers, actors and production companies. He also prepares and negotiates license, sale and distribution agreements.
