Jonathan Franklin

Jonathan Franklin is a dedicated advocate, providing robust defense for clients facing criminal charges throughout Southern California. Operating from his firm, the Law Offices of Jonathan Franklin in Beverly Hills, California, he focuses on a wide array of legal matters, including DUI/DWI defense, white collar crimes, domestic violence allegations, drug offenses and more. Upon completing his undergraduate studies in political science from the University of Colorado Boulder, Mr. Franklin enrolled at Stetson University College of Law to bolster his advocacy skills. He received his Juris Doctor and went on to gain admission to The Florida Bar in 1992. He is additionally admitted to practice law in the state courts of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Before transitioning to a private defense practice, Mr. Franklin served in the Office of the State Attorney for the 9th Judicial Circuit, working as an assistant state attorney. In this capacity, he prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases, including several DUI cases, drug charges, domestic violence matters, sex crimes and fraud, among others. This experience equips him with extensive knowledge of prosecution tactics, helping him to create perceptive and efficient defense for his clients today.
