Jonathan M. Genish

Jonathan M. Genish is the founder of Blackstone Law, a Beverly Hills, California-based litigation firm recognized for its work in personal injury, employment law, business litigation and civil trial practice. An award-winning trial attorney, he built Blackstone Law on a simple but powerful conviction: that clients deserve more than transactional representation – they deserve advocates who genuinely care about their outcomes.

That conviction was born out of frustration. Early in his career, Mr. Genish observed how often traditional law firms treated clients as case numbers rather than people navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives. He set out to build something different – a firm rooted in care, compassion and results, where attentive listening and tireless advocacy work hand in hand.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Genish has represented an extraordinary range of clients, from A-list celebrities and Fortune 500 companies to small business owners and individuals seeking justice. He has successfully tried numerous multimillion-dollar matters and has represented parties in disputes collectively valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. His courtroom experience spans state and federal courts nationwide, as well as the California Court of Appeals, earning him a reputation for advocacy that is aggressive, relentless and creatively resourceful.

Before founding Blackstone Law, Mr. Genish honed his craft at several high-end boutique litigation firms in Los Angeles, sharpening the strategic instincts that now define his practice. He holds a Juris Doctor from the Cardozo School of Law in New York City and graduated with honors from California State University, Northridge, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in both real estate and finance.

Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Genish is a devoted family man and father of three, whose personal sense of empathy shapes the way Blackstone Law approaches every client relationship.
