Lourdes De Armas

Lourdes De Armas is a partner and the lead trial attorney at Omega Law Group in Beverly Hills, California. Her work is committed to advocating for individuals across Los Angeles and throughout the state who have suffered due to the negligence of others. Focusing on catastrophic personal injury litigation, she represents plaintiffs in a variety of cases involving trucking collisions, rideshare incidents, DUI accidents, slip-and-falls, brain injuries, premises liability, sexual abuse and wrongful death claims.

Over her career, Ms. De Armas has successfully managed diverse legal challenges, from contract disputes and class actions to severe injury and fraud cases. She notably fought for the rights of over 800 inmates regarding inadequate medical care and achieved a significant multimillion-dollar settlement in a case against an educational institution for legal and consumer violations. In a noteworthy case against an amusement park, her advocacy led to a confidential settlement and prompted a redesign of the attraction, improving safety for future visitors.

Beyond the courtroom, Ms. De Armas is a staunch advocate for women's rights, focusing on tackling sexual assault and promoting female empowerment. She is a founding member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s (BHBA) Committee on Empowering Women, where she contributes to advancing women's careers and personal growth through networking, education and mentorship.
