Neville L. Johnson

A veteran attorney with nearly half a century’s worth of experience, Neville L. Johnson is a pillar of leadership within his legal community and a beacon of guidance for up-and-coming legal professionals. A senior partner and co-founder of   Johnson & Johnson LLP in Beverly Hills, California, he is focused on providing top-quality legal representation for clients pertaining to all aspects of entertainment law, as well as copyright infringement, guild disputes, right of publicity, defamation law, privacy law, class action litigation and many more. 

Mr. Johnson obtained his license to practice law in California in 1975, after receiving his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School the same year. Since early in his career, he has been actively involved in helping progress the standard of client care of his industry to even greater heights through his practice. He understands what is important to his clients and fights tooth and nail to get them the respite and relief they deserve. Prior to attending law school, he completed his undergraduate studies in 1971 from the University of California, Berkeley.

His defense of myriad artists has been well-documented, as has his use of class action lawsuits against studio labels and record studios to release millions of dollars improperly withheld.
