Sean M. Novak

The founder of The Novak Law Firm, P.C., based in California, Sean M. Novak is an attorney practicing personal injury, labor law, entertainment law, business law, workers’ compensation and employment discrimination. He serves clients in and around Los Angeles and across Southern California.

Completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Manitoba in 1995, Mr. Novak went on to pursue his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He received his J.D. with distinction in 1998 and was named to the dean’s list for his entire tenure as a law student.

Initiating his practice in Southern California, Mr. Novak eventually spread his practice across the state and the country. He is committed to serving justice to his clients and strives hard to achieve their objectives. He has procured settlements and verdicts worth millions of dollars during his 24-year-long legal career.

Mr. Novak has experience working as a defense attorney protecting the interests of production companies, insurance companies and business corporates. He prevented large sums of damage insurances from being wrongly claimed, thus saving large amounts of money for his clients.
