Vincent Granberry

Vincent Granberry serves as a senior attorney at Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP, in Beverly Hills, where he and his colleagues have secured some of the most significant employee‐side recoveries in California and nationwide. From the outset of his tenure, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to representing individuals in labor and employment disputes, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. He also pursues whistleblower actions and leads complex wage and hour class litigation as well as multi‐plaintiff consumer and employee class actions.

A 2010 graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, Mr. Granberry distinguished himself in law school through his commitment to public service. As an active member of the Homeless Legal Assistance Program, he provided essential legal aid to Phoenix’s homeless population, honing both his advocacy skills and his resolve to secure justice for underserved communities. Earlier, in 2007, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University, graduating with honors on the Dean’s List of Outstanding Scholars.

Mr. Granberry maintains a robust presence in the legal community. He is admitted to all state and federal courts throughout California and holds memberships in The State Bar of California, the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the California Employment Lawyers Association. Prior to joining Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP, he served as an associate at a national, employee‐side law firm’s Beverly Hills office, where he exclusively represented workers in a wide array of workplace matters. 

Before focusing his career entirely on employee advocacy, Mr. Granberry practiced real estate litigation at a boutique firm in Culver City, refining a versatile litigation toolkit that he now channels for the benefit of those who entrust him with their most critical legal challenges.
