Yan Goldshteyn

Yan Goldshteyn, the Principal attorney, is in good standing with the California State Bar and admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California as well as the  Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Mr. Goldshteyn received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Economics with minor in statistics and worked in the private sector before attending law school. After earning his Juris Doctorate at Western State school of law, he provided legal services spanning various fields of practice, including: drafting and negotiating contracts, advocating for immigrant rights, to defending corporations, executives and professionals, IP prosecution and dispute resolution, as well as criminal defense.

Aside from work, Yan is extensively involved in pro bono and volunteer services, actively giving back to the community. He served as the President of the Barristers' Board of Governors for the Beverly Hills Bar Association.  In a leadership role of the Association, he organized, moderated and continues to presents a series of continuing legal education programs, provides assistance to help answer legal questions presented by the public at the Roxbury Park Legal Clinic, serves hot meals at Samoshel Homeless Shelter in Santa Monica and teaches elementary school children tolerance through education. In addition, Mr. Goldshteyn supports Public Counsel’s Consumer Law Project by fighting for justice on behalf of indigent victims who have fallen prey to consumer fraud and abuse.
