Over the years, Mr. Rosenquest has been admitted to practice before several key courts, enhancing his ability to handle a diverse range of legal issues. His admissions include the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California and the state of California, the U.S. Tax Court in 1989, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in 2000 and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit in 2012.
