Gerald Marcus

Gerald L. Marcus has been practicing law since 1987. He has represented over 17,000 clients and obtained more than $400,000,000.00 in settlements, arbitration awards, and jury verdicts for his clients.   Gerald Marcus is a former President and on the Board of Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Charities. Giving back to the community he represents, is a top priority for him and his firm. Gerald always goes the extra mile for his clients, makes himself constantly available, and never overlooks the details of a case. He has built a reputation for winning cases other attorneys previously thought unwinnable.   He is an active member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and in the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and Beverly Hills Bar Association. In every year from 2014 to 2024, he was included on the California Super Lawyers list, and in 2019 he was nominated as a Top 100 Trial Super Lawyer in Southern California.
