Currently, Ms. Adams-Hess serves as an adjunct professor at her alma mater and teaches an insurance law course to a class of aspiring legal professionals. An avid writer, she has co-authored and published several articles discussing various insurance issues. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and The National LGBTQ+ Bar Association.
