Rotem Tamir

Rotem Tamir is the founding and managing attorney of Bluestone Law, a Canoga Park, California-based law firm. His practice focuses on employment law, with an emphasis on representing employees in disputes involving employment litigation, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims and claims brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

Mr. Tamir represents clients in a range of employment-related matters, providing legal counsel and advocacy concerning workplace disputes and alleged violations of employment laws. His practice includes litigation involving discrimination and retaliation, as well as claims arising from wrongful termination and wage and hour issues. Through his work, he assists employees in pursuing legal remedies and navigating the complexities of employment litigation.

As the managing attorney of Bluestone Law, Mr. Tamir leads the firm's employment law practice and works with clients throughout the legal process. His focused practice allows him to concentrate on matters involving workplace rights, employment disputes and claims under California employment law.

Mr. Tamir earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University Law School. He was admitted to practice law in California in 2019. His admissions also include the Supreme Court of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

An active member of the legal community, Mr. Tamir belongs to the National Employment Lawyers Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the California County Bar Association. Through these professional affiliations, he remains engaged with organizations serving the legal profession and advocating for the interests of employees and consumers.
