Catharine Kroger-Diamond

For more than 30 years, Catharine Kroger-Diamond has offered aggressive legal advocacy to people throughout the Carlsbad and San Diego areas in California who have suffered injuries due to the negligence or recklessness of others. Focusing her practice on personal injury, Ms. Kroger-Diamond generally handles cases involving motor vehicle collisions; motorcycle, pedestrian and bicycle accidents; slips, trips and falls; dog bites or attacks; defective products; and wrongful death.

Before graduating from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1979 with a Juris Doctor, Ms. Kroger-Diamond earned a Bachelor of Arts in comparative literature from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts in English from San Diego State University. She went on to receive a Master of Law degree from the University of San Diego in 1994.

Having seen the long-term effects of head and brain injuries, Ms. Kroger-Diamond understands the challenges her clients face after being involved in serious accidents.
