Attorney Jacob L. Stipp founded his Carlsbad law firm, Jacob L Stipp Law Offices, with the goal of protecting the rights of Californians facing difficulties due to negligence and abuse. At his firm, he offers clients from throughout San Diego County and the surrounding areas in Southern California representation as they pursue compensation in cases related to the following:

• Elder abuse and neglect
Mr. Stipp began his professional career with the Social Security Administration. During this time, he learned about the effects injuries and disabilities have on victims, which is why, after earning his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2005, he decided to focus his career on helping those who have suffered needlessly.
Over the course of a legal career spanning less than 10 years, Mr. Stipp has already built a reputation as one of the region's most promising and successful young attorneys. As a result of his excellent reputation and record of success, which includes a number of six- and seven-figure jury verdicts, he has also earned a number of honors, including a "Very Good" rating from Avvo and inclusion on the San Diego Daily Transcript's Top Young Attorneys list.
When Mr. Stipp is not advocating on behalf of a client, he is often found at legal events. He is an active member of the legal community through membership in a number of organizations, including the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and The State Bar of California.
