After spending several years as a partner at a prestigious insurance bad faith firm, Kristin E. Hobbs recently returned to practicing with her husband at the Hobbs Law Group, in Claremont, California. Ms. Hobbs provides dedicated legal representation to clients throughout California in the areas of bad faith insurance and personal injury cases – car accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, bus accidents, motorcycle collisions, spinal cord injury claims, traumatic brain injuries and class action lawsuits.
Over the course of her more than 12 years of legal career, Ms. Hobbs has tirelessly advocated on behalf of insurance consumers and catastrophic injury victims. She has helped recover millions in settlements and verdicts on behalf of her clients, including a $17 million verdict for a security guard who suffered a leg amputation in a forklift accident, a $13.2 million verdict for a client injured in a hit-and-run accident involving a car and a bicycle, a $7.45 million settlement for a construction worker injured severely during a construction site accident, and multiple six, seven, and eight-figure settlements.
Ms. Hobbs is an active member of the legal community. She is a past president of the Consumer Attorneys of Inland Empire, where she still serves as a board member, and is also on the board of the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association. She maintains memberships in the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
