  • A sum of $17 million in a catastrophic personal injury lawsuit involving a security guard who suffered a leg amputation due to a forklift accident
  • A verdict of $6.2 million in favor of a 24-year-old man with developmental disabilities who was hit by a car 

An active speaker, Mr. Echeverria has been seen at various engagements and conferences, sharing his insight and knowledge with his peers and the public.
