Veronica Cutler

Veronica Cutler is the principal attorney at Cutler Legal, A Law Firm. Located in Claremont, California, she focuses her practice primarily on labor and employment law, providing representation to past, current and prospective employees throughout the state. The types of matters that Ms. Cutler pursues are employee claims of sexual harassment, race discrimination, age discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, disability discrimination, wrongful termination, FMLA/CFRA violations, labor code violations, overtime wages, meal and rest break violations, whisteblower discrimination, ADA violations, USERRA violations and more.

Ms. Cutler takes pride in representing and serving victims of workplace sexual harassment and people who have been wrongfully terminated or otherwise unlawfully retaliated against on account of their whistleblowing activities. Ms. Cutler has also represented clients with personal injuries and civil rights violations.  She is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Ms. Cutler has written briefs in cases being heard by the Supreme Court of the United States.

A native of Los Angeles and fluent in Spanish as well as English, Ms. Cutler attended the University of California, Los Angeles, from where she graduated, with honors, with a Bachelor of Arts. She then went on to pursue her legal education at the University of La Verne College of Law in Ontario, California, and she became a member of The State Bar of California in 2009.
