Throughout the course of his practice, Mr. Bush has gained a reputation as a staunch advocate for those who experienced serious violations of their basic and constitutional rights as well as those who have suffered serious injuries or lost loved ones due to someone else's negligence or wrongdoing. During law school, he volunteered with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where he presided over numerous felony hearings involving a range of serious criminal offenses.
In addition, he also competed in trial advocacy tournaments in law school, and he credits both of these experiences with arming him with the extensive skills and resources he needs to prevail at trial on behalf of his plaintiff clients. To date, he has achieved remarkable success fighting for the rights and interests of those suffering needlessly through no fault of their own, and he has recovered substantial compensation for those he has served.
Mr. Bush graduated from Washington State University in 2004 with a degree in communications and an emphasis on advertising. While there, he was a dean's list scholar and served as both president and vice president of the Ad Club. He is also an active member of the student chapter of the American Advertising Federation.
After spending several years at a marketing company in Seattle, WA, and then several more years tending bar in Honolulu, HI, Mr. Bush moved to California and attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While there he received top honors in cross-examination, white collar crime and advanced trial advocacy, and competed as a member of the prestigious Byrne Trial Advocacy Team. He was also vice president and speaker chair of the CAALA Loyola Student Organization. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 2013, and he is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles as well as other local, state and national legal organizations.
