Brian W. Easton

Brian W. Easton is a partner at Easton & Easton, LLP, located in Costa Mesa, California. Focusing his practice exclusively on personal injury litigation, he provides representation to plaintiff clients throughout Southern California who have been harmed by the negligence of others in matters involving medical malpractice, premises liability, dog bites and motor vehicle accidents. Mr. Easton also handles wrongful death actions on behalf of surviving family members of people whose injuries proved fatal.

Mr. Easton pursued his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in economics in 1992, graduating magna cum laude. He then attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and was awarded his Juris Doctor cum laude in 1995. Admitted to practice in California, Mr. Easton is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California.

Mr. Easton has exclusively focused on representing personal injury plaintiffs since the start of his career, and he has obtained more than $35 million in settlements and jury awards for his clients. As such, he was recently invited to become a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
