Kim Schumann

Attorney Kim Schumann is a founding partner of Schumann Rosenberg & Arevalo, a law firm located in Costa Mesa, California. Mr. Schumann practices in the areas of business litigation, defamation, elder law, insurance defense, personal injury defense, products liability and transportation. He serves clients in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties.

Mr. Schumann is a graduate of Western State College of Law at Argosy University, has more than 20 years of experience and is licensed to practice in all California state and federal courts. He is a seasoned litigator and negotiator, having been involved in numerous jury trials, arbitrations and mediations.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Schumann has handled complex personal injury matters involving brain injury, construction accidents, dismemberment, motor vehicle accidents, paralysis, premises liability, products liability, trucking accidents and wrongful death. In his civil litigation practice, he has experience with bad faith insurance claims, business litigation, contract disputes, fraud, misrepresentation and unfair competition.
