Born and raised in Orange County, Mr. Diulio attended the University of San Diego and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1999. He then enrolled at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While he was there, Mr. Diulio was the articles editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and participated in national and international moot court competitions before being awarded his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2003. After graduation, he clerked for a judge on the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and then spent several years at the Orange County office of a prominent international law firm before co-founding Ford & Diulio PC in 2015. Admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 7th, 9th and Federal Circuits; and the Supreme Court of the United States.

A significant portion of Mr. Diulio’s practice involves labor and employment law matters. His trial work in this regard has encompassed wage and hour claims, discrimination, wrongful termination, and negligent hiring. He also regularly trains employees and their employers on sexual harassment avoidance, grievance procedures and OSHA safety, and he has prepared and reviewed employee handbooks. Apart from his employment law practice, Mr. Diulio has handled plaintiff’s personal injury litigation and a variety of business disputes.
