Lauren E. Saint

Lauren E. Saint offers effective business litigation and real estate law services to her clients at the law firm of Ulwelling Law, APC. With a deep understanding of the practical realities involved, she guides and counsels her clients through all aspects and phases of their business and real estate transactions, disputes, legal matters and litigation.

Skilled in litigating cases, Ms. Saint has handled a variety of matters related to construction defects, liens, disputes over easements and property lines, fraud, commercial and residential leases, labor and employment law, contract disputes, personal injury and more. She also has experience with general civil litigation  and probate litigation matters.

Majoring in political science and English, Ms. Saint graduated with her B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2007. She received her J.D., cum laude, at the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2011, where she was chosen as a member of the McAuliffe Honor Society for being among the top 10% in her class. She served as a senior staff editor of USF Law Review and was a recipient of several merit scholarships and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in legal research and writing.

First admitted by The State Bar of California in 2011, Ms. Saint has also appeared before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California. She worked as an associate attorney at several other prestigious San Francisco and Orange County law firms before joining Ulwelling Law, APC. She also worked as an in-house corporate attorney at a national advertising firm based in New York City.

For more than a decade, Ms. Saint has been providing committed and dedicated representation to each client she serves. As a result, she has been rated “Good” through Avvo. When not fighting hard for her clients’ rights, she focuses her efforts on helping her community. She formerly functioned as a coach for the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Mock Trial Team.
