W. Douglas Easton

Attorney W. Douglas Easton is the founder of the Law Offices of W. Douglas Easton (now Easton & Easton, LLP) located in the Center Tower in Costa Mesa, California. With an impressive resume spanning more than 45 years, Mr. Easton has represented thousands of people in personal injury claims. His clients have sustained all manner of injuries in all types of accidents through the negligence or wrongdoing of other individuals, businesses, or governmental entities. Mr. Easton spent the first six years of his career defending negligent people and companies and learned the tactics they used to defend, diminish or defeat a valid personal injury claim. The remainder of his career has been spent representing injured people, fighting to obtain fair and adequate compensation for them.  With the assitance of his sons (Brian, Matt, and Travis), the Easton Law Firm has recovered more than $100,000 million dollars for plaintiffs since its inception.

Mr. Easton graduated with honors from Brigham Young University and received his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1970. He is admitted to practice before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Federal District Courts for the Central, Northern and Southern districts of California. He belongs to numerous organizations, including the Consumer Attorneys of California, the American Association for Justice, the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.  He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America since 2007 and has been continuously recognized in Super Lawyers since 2009.
