Steven D. Davis

Attorney Steven D. Davis is the co-founder of Culver City's Steven D. Davis Law Group, APC. When Mr. Davis established his law firm with his partner and wife, Tracy Talbot Davis, they did so with the goal of protecting the rights of innocent victims from throughout Southern California. Today, Steve and Tracy continue to fight for those who have suffered needlessly due to the negligence of others by representing clients in medical malpractice, personal injury, business litigation, and nursing home abuse cases.

Mr. Davis began his career in 1979 after earning his law degree from Southwestern Law School and his admission to The State Bar of California. His career began at the Kern County District Attorney's Office in Bakersfield, where he remained until 1983. Upon leaving that position, he joined a well-known Southern California law firm, where he remained until 1997. At that time, he co-founded Garrard & Davis, LLP, and he remained in that role until 2014 when the Steven D. Davis Law Group, APC was established in 2014. 

Over the course of attorney Davis' 40-year career, he has earned a reputation as a fearless litigator and dedicated client advocate. His many successes, years of experience and wealth of knowledge have earned him a number of honors, which include an AV-Preeminent* peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and membership in the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates.

When Mr. Davis is not in the courtroom or at the negotiating table, he is an active member of the legal community and volunteers with the YMCA Youth and Government Program as a mentor.
