Brandon M. Corday

Before pursuing his legal career, Mr. Corday completed his bachelor’s degree in special studies – values in conflict from Franklin & Marshall College. He received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where he was named moot court champion for his strong advocacy and litigation skills. He also received the Best Oral Advocate Award in a competitive trial advocacy program. Admitted to The State Bar of California since 2014, he brings the same competitive yet meticulous spirit to his current practice.

Spending the first few years of his practice at a leading defense law firm, Mr. Corday experienced firsthand the defense side of personal injury. He worked with corporations and insurance companies, strategizing defense approaches in matters spanning personal injury to wrongful death cases. Transitioning into personal injury later, he leverages his knowledge of the defense to effectively counter defense strategies, placing his clients in an advantageous position.

Committed to a client-centric practice, Mr. Corday approaches each case with a heavy emphasis on personalization. Over the course of his decade-long career, he has represented numerous victims and recovered compensation for their losses. He notably secured a $4 million settlement for clients who slipped and fell at a major fast-food chain.
